1. Efficient algorithms and technologies have been developed to ensure early monitoring of changes in the technical condition of control and diagnostics systems for stationary offshore oil and gas platforms by analyzing the technological parameters of noises received from their sensory outputs.

3. Step-wise priorities depending on the state of the queue system have been determined; effective methods of calculation and optimization of characteristics of queue systems with such priorities have been developed.

19. As a result of theoretical and experimental research, the problems of reliability and efficient operation of irrigation and drainage systems and facilities used for melioration and watering of land in the republic have been investigated. To determine the reliability of those systems and increase their efficiency, new mathematical models have been built; the scientific practical principles for increasing reliability and efficiency of those systems have been developed, using the results of probability theory and reliability theory.

20. A new, more efficient OFJP (Optimal-time FJP) algorithm to solve clustering problems based on fuzzy neighborhood relations has been proposed. The algorithm uses level-by-level processing and its correctness is proven theoretically.

FJP (fuzzy join points) method, which is successfully used in the analysis of biophysical and genetic data, has been investigated, and its further versions MFJP (Modified FJP) and OFJP (Optimal-time FJP) have been proposed. It has been proven that the proposed algorithm has (n/log n) and n2 time higher calculation speed than the known basic FJP algorithm. It has also been theoretically proven that OFJP (Optimal-time FJP) algorithm has the optimal time complexity among FJP class algorithms.

24. A comparative analysis of information models of Azerbaijan and Russian soil classification has been performed.
