Main scientific achievements: | A new model of fuzzy forecasting of ill-structured time series has been developed, and its advantage has been proved over other well-known corresponding models based on the criteria of statistical measurement (MSE - mean-square error, and MAPE - mean absolute percentage error). Development of fundamentally new methods of fuzzification and defuzzification for fuzzy modeling and prediction of ill-structured time series. Development of a modular intelligent system for evaluating and managing the quality of telecommunication services. Development of an appropriate method for eliminating the existing semantic uncertainty in the valuation concepts of procedural law. Development of fundamentally new methods of fuzzification and defuzzification for fuzzy modeling and prediction of poorly structured time series. (Rzayev R.R., Shikhalieva N.M.) Development of a modular intelligent system for evaluating and managing the quality of telecommunication services. Development of an appropriate method to eliminate the existing semantic uncertainty in the valuation concepts of procedural law. New neuro-fuzzy methods for modeling ill-structured time series have been developed, which allow obtaining much more accurate forecast data than existing forecasting models. New principles of constructing a modular intelligent system for assessing the quality of communication services based on the use of a fuzzy output system based on neural network logic have been formulated, and a implementation mechanism (including the corresponding algorithm) has been developed.
