Prof. Akif Musayev, Doctor of Economics, Head of Fiscal Strategy Modeling Laboratory at the ICS, spoke on "Application of fuzzy logic to assess the effect of reforms in tax legislation on taxable capacity”.
Prof. Gorkhmaz Imanov, Doctor of Economics, Head of Fuzzy Economics, spoke on "Fuzzy analysis of national innovation development”.
Assistant prof. Ramin Rzayev, Doctor of technical sciences, chief researcher of "Signal recognition methods and technical diagnostic systems” laboratory at the ICS, spoke on «Overcoming of semantic uncertainly in criterion concepts of a procedural law based on using fuzzy inference” and "One approach to complex evaluation of financial stability of commercial banks”
The speakers analyzed the international practice of assessing the effects of legislative efforts on taxable capacity, pointing out the significance of evaluating the changes before their introduction and recommending the proposed approach due to its importance.
