The defense of the thesis “Developing hybrid noise technologies for forming the robust correlation matrices of noisy multivariate technological processes” by Ulkar Sattarova under the supervision of academic T. Aliyev, Doctor of Engineering, for the academic degree of Doctor of Engineering, specialty 1203.01 “Computer Sciences”, took place at the scientific seminar of  D 01.121 Dissertation Council of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS on 7 December 2018.
