Opening the seminar, Head of the Department Esmira Alirzayeva, PhD in Biology, informed the participants about the agenda of the event.
Head of the Foreign Relations and Innovation Department of the Institute of Control Systems and Legal & Financial NCP of the Horizon 2020 Program Tofig Babayev spoke about the structure and components of Horizon2020, legal aspects of the program, registration of researchers and institutions/organizations, as well as the rules for writing and submitting projects, finding partners, and criteria for evaluating projects by the EC. At the end, Tofig Babayev answered the participants’, questions.
