Another educational seminar on the participation in Horizon2020 program took place
01.02.2019 / Conferences, assembliesAnother educational seminar on the participation in the European Commission's Horizon2020 program organized by the International Relations Department of the Presidium of ANAS took place on 1 February 2019.
Heads of international relations departments, responsible persons, scientists and specialists from the research institutions from the ANAS divisions of Biology and Medicine and Earth Sciences took part in the event held at the Central Scientific Library.
Opening the seminar, Head of the Department Esmira Alirzayeva, PhD in Biology, informed the participants about the agenda of the event and introduced the new line-up of NCPs for the Horizon 2020 program.
Head of the Foreign Relations and Innovation Department of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS and NCP for Legal & Financial Aspects of the Horizon 2020 Program Tofig Babayev spoke about the structure and components of Horizon2020, legal aspects of the program, registration of researchers and institutions/organizations, as well as the rules for writing and submitting projects, finding partners, and criteria for evaluating projects by the EC. At the end, Tofig Babayev answered the participants’, questions.
